With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for alterations and a single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house to
include the conversion of an existing storage room into a habitable room, permission for
improvement works to the existing septic tank system to include a new percolation area, permission
for the retention of a domestic garage..
