With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission to; a) construct a two storey extension to existing dwelling house; b) alter & extend
existing attached structure (formerly used as a dwelling house), for proposed use as independent
living accommodation; & c) construct pitched roof over existing projection to rear, together with other
alterations to existing structure. Proposal to also include new proprietary waste-water treatment
system & other associated ancillary site works, using existing site access, at Tievaleny, Shantonagh,
Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 27/03/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
