I Paul Byrne intend to apply for Permission for development at Annahean,
Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. The development will consist of (1)
demolish existing single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house
(2) proposed new single storey extensions to rear of existing dwelling
house and connect to existing septic tank & percolation area & use
existing entrance onto public road and all associated Site Works.

Copy of land registry Document in relation to legal agreements for
percolation area

Point One of Additional Information
1. A revised Site Layout Plan to be submitted showing the following;
a) Existing dwelling located to the north of the proposed development.
b) Location of DWWTS serving dwellings to the North and South of the
proposed development.
( find attached revised Site layout )
c) All works relating to the development must be within the red line site area
In relation to point 1(c) the percolation area for the existing dwelling
house is located in a neighbours field, owned by ( Ciaran Doogan
),which does not belong to my client. We cannot included this area in
the red line. My client has legal agreements & wayleave agreements
to this area which is shaded in yellow on map attached. If attached land
registry document in relation to legal agreements, copy of folio and folio
maps.
Point Two of Additional information
In the interest of clarity and to allow for a fully informed decision, the
applicant is requested to submit detailed drawings of the existing dwelling.
