With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission consequent on the grant of outline permission Ref: 24/60201, at Acres (DED Ballybay
Rural) & Annaneese, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan. The development will consist of construction of a two
storey dwelling house & detached domestic garage, with proprietary wastewater treatment system
along with other associated ancillary site works & new site access. Said application contains a Site-
Specific Flood Risk Assessment Report.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 31/03/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
