I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for permission for a development which will consist of
the demolition of the existing two-storey dwelling and associated outbuildings, and the construction of 1
no. two-storey replacement dwelling and detached domestic garage, together with improvements to the
existing site entrance and all associated site development works at Doagheys Glaslough Co. Monaghan
was received on 01/04/2026.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
