With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for development comprising of the following:•Demolition of an existing two-storey
derelict dwelling and associated single-storey garage, •Construction of 12 no. new dwellings to
include:-1 no. two-bedroom, single-storey detached dwelling,-1 no. three-bedroom, two-storey
detached dwelling,-2 no. two-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached dwellings,-8 no. three-bedroom,
three-storey semi-detached dwellings •New vehicular entrance onto an existing public access
together with a new pedestrian footpath •Connections to mains services including water, foul and
storm, •Associated open space, landscaping & boundary treatments, •Together with all associated
works at Killyconigan, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan.

within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
