With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… planning permission to; a) carry out elevational alterations to existing two-storey dwelling house; b)
provide new proprietary waste-water treatment system to serve same & c) subdivide existing
domestic dwelling site, creating new / altered site boundaries; along with other associated ancillary
site works.

within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
