THE DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF: -
1. Permission for alterations and renovations to an
existing single storey dwelling house.
2. Permission for a single storey extension to the rear of
the existing dwelling house.
3. Permission for a new domestic waste water treatment
system, to include new site boundaries with all
associated site development works.
The Planning Application may be inspected or purchased, at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost
of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan Co. Co, County Offices, No. 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan,
during public opening hours Tel. 047-30532.

authority on payment of €20 within the period of 5 weeks beginning ci the doFdcet Qe

Any such submissions or observations will be considered by the Planing Auth r.ity in making a

conditions or may refuse to grant permission.
