Development Description:
Richard McChesney is applying to the above planning authority for planning permission to construct a turkey
rearing house together with all ancillary structures including vertical meal bin & underground washings tank,
along with associated ancillary site works, using existing shared private access lane, at Derryarrilly,
Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.
FI RESPONSE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED, AS DESCRIBED BELOW:
Re Point 1a
See contractor certificate of registration.
Point 1b
All rubble, including any possible asbestos, was completely removed from site on the 2nd of
December 2025, by licenced waste management & recycling contractor, Panda. See paperwork
from same attached.
Point 1c
See appropriately completed water protection plan checklist attached.
Point 2
See 2no. letters of consent attached, witnessed & signed with accompanying map identifying
house. Note that houses are also identified on Site Layout Plan drawing originally submitted.
Point 3a
See revised drawing, showing access & turning paths of HGVs, as discussed with local authority.
Note that there are no vehicles any different needed for the proposed development than those
which already serve the existing 2No. poultry houses. The existing poultry houses, further in the
access lane, have been adequately served by HGVs without incident or restriction since 2020.

Point 3b
We can confirm that the existing yard / vehicle turning area as granted under planning file number
19/472 has been concreted. Please see 3No photos of same attached.
Point 3c
See revised site layout plan drawing indicating how it is proposed for the new poultry house roof
water collection to discharge to an adequate soak-pit.
