With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
... permission to construct a new bungalow style dwelling house with associated effluent treatment
system, soil polishing filter, use existing domestic laneway & entrance together with all ancillary site
works. A disused mobile home on site will be retained for the duration of the works when it will be
removed.
