Re: Planning Application for Permission for the re -contouring of existing undulating
agricultural farmland to include the importation of soil, subsoil and inert material in
order to raise the levels of part of the land together with all ancillary site development
works. The lands will be recovered with topsoil and reseeded with ryegrass upon
completion of the re -contouring works at Binmore, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Dermot Mooney, hereby confirm that I am the owner of the existing dwelling house located
immediately adjoining the above application site to the
Co. Monaghan
I confirm that I am the applicant and therefore consent to the works as proposed. I am fully aware
of the extent of the works and that there will be quite a number of vehicle movements to and
from the application site and further confirm that I am satisfied with this and have no concerns.
