SITE NOTICE OF FURTHER INFORMATION /REVISED PLANS
I, Arunas Gelumbauskas, wish to submit to the aforementioned planning authority
Further Information/Revised Plans in relation to Permission for development at 84
Foxfield, Kilmactrasna, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan. The development will
consist of; construction of a single storey domestic garage to the rear of the existing
dwelling, and all associated site development works; to include a 2 metre high
retaining wall. Application Ref. No. 26/60028.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans have been furnished to Monaghan
County Council in respect of this proposed development, and are available for
inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at
the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan
during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may
be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of
both the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or
observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euro, except in the case
of a person or body who has already made a submission or observation.
