With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below linkto of all relevant documents showing position of the
proposed development.
... permission for a development which will consist of the conversion of and extension to an existing domestic
garage to provide independent living accommodation for a family member with connection to existing
services, effluent disposal to existing package treatment plant and access on to public road via existing
access and associated works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority within the
period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This application was
