With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… planning permission for the erection of a new two storey dwelling house, domestic garage,
provision of new site entrance, the installation of a proprietary waste water treatment unit,
percolation area and ancillary site work as previously granted under Planning Ref:17/391.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
