Further to additional information request received 31st March 2026, please find enclosed the
following documentation for the above application:
o Revised written agreement from owner of agricultural shed within 100m of proposed
dwelling, giving consent for application. Agreement signed by both parties and witnessed
by a solicitor.
o Site layout plan (1:500 scale) identifying agricultural building to which the above
agreement relates.
