ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1.
As per section 15.23.1 'Visibility Splays Agreement' of the Monaghan County Development
Plan 2025 - 2031, any proposals requiring works on third party land must be accompanied by
a written legal agreement, in accordance with Appendix 13. This legal agreement and
accompanying maps shall be signed by all parties and witnessed by a Solicitor.
Whilst a legal agreement has been submitted, the legal agreement has not been signed by the
applicant. The applicant is therefore requested to submit a revised up to date legal agreement
to address same.
