With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for development will consist of construction of a dormer style dwelling, new entrance
gates and piers onto public road, installation of new proprietary wastewater treatment system with
all ancillary and associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
