| John Murphy state as follows in relation to condition one of request for
additional information
That | have made a will and all my lands of approx 10 acres will be signed over to
my daughter Sinead . She intends farming the land and increasing the amount of
cattle which she will increase from my present number of six to 10-12 ( up to 2
yrs). She will not winter the cattle completely and they will be out on the lands at
all times. The purpose of the shed is for storage of some feed and machinery in
my ownership and general agricultural purposes.
