SITE NOTICE
FURTHER INFORMATION & REVISED PLANS
We, JES Holdings Ltd, wish to submit to the aforementioned planning authority further
information and revised plans in relation to planning permission for development at;
Parnell Street, Drummond Etra, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Ref. 25/60200, which
will consist of: Permission for demolition of existing stone wall and entrance along
Parnell Street, derelict ruined buildings (as per original application), construction of 2no.
2 storey (previously 3no. 3 storey), apartment buildings consisting of: 4no. 2 -bed units
(previously 3no. 1-bed units & 3no. 2-bed units), connections to existing services and all
associated site works.
Significant Further Information and Revised Plans in relation to the application have
been furnished to the planning authority and are available for inspection or purchase at
a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan
County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during its public opening
hours. A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans
may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt
of both the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or
observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of €20, except in the case of a
person or body who has already made a submission or observation.
