Objections:
1. Existing Traffic Hazzard - the public road at the location of the proposed site. The
access road itself is a major traffic hazzard with inadequate site distance and roadside
development.
2. The provision of the site development access head with limited site distance at the
above location creating additional traffic movements would seriously exacerbate the
existing major traffic hazzard.
3. The failure to provide the necessary approval traffic management audit in relation to
this proposed development.
4. The failure to provide the necessary environmental management audit report in
particular to the protection of the existing established hedgerows and habitats.
5. The inadequate provision of the very necessary open space.
6. The unacceptable:
(a) overseeing (b) loss of privacy (c) property devaluation of the boundary property site Nos:
25 to 22 Killyconnigan from the provision of the proposed 3 storey houses.
1. The possible interference and destruction of the existing boundary hedgerows which
is not in the full ownership of the applicant.
2. The grossly excessive housing density proposal.
3. The misleading information provided on the site ownership.
4. The direct conflict with the directions of the Planning Authority that detached
Bungalows only be provided on the Killyconnigan site.
5. The great need for the retention of open space in this area.
