The MD have no objection as per the information supplied in the Further Information Compliance:
1. Submit a revised plan indicating a swept path analysis illustrating all movements of HGV vehicles
both entering and exiting the site in both directions at the proposed new poultry house
entrance. This additional information shall be submitted on a revised site layout plan at a scale
of 1:500.
1.1. Noted: Section (j) of the Other Assessments file
The MD deem as satisfied the information supplied in the FI revised Drawing No. 942 24 04.
2. As per previously granted planning application 19/472 section 4 (a). Applicant to submit
additional information confirming the condition as per:
(a) The entire yard/vehicle turning area (see drawing number 566 19 06 FI) shall be
concreted.
The MD deem as satisfied the information supplied in the FI Photo Montage (2).
3. Submit a revised plan indicating how it is proposed for the new poultry house roof water
collection to discharge to an adequate soakpit as per the Condition 4.(e) of 19/472:
(e) All roof waters shall discharge to soakpit or harvesting rainwater.
The MD deem as satisfied the information supplied in the FI revised Drawing No. 942 24 04.
