Existing Traffic Hazzard - the public road at the location of the proposed site. The access road itself is a major traffic hazzard with inadequate site distance and roadside development. The provision of the site development access head with limited site distance at the above location creating additional traffic movements would seriously exacerbate the existing major traffic hazzard. The failure to provide the necessary approval traffic management audit in relation to this proposed development. The failure to provide the necessary environmental management audit report in particular to the protection of the existing established hedgerows and habitats. The inadequate provision of the very necessary open space.
