With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
... permission for alterations and renovations to an existing 2 -storey vernacular dwelling house,
permission for a 2-stroey extension and a single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing
vernacular dwelling, permission for a new domestic waste water treatment system, permission for
improvements to the existing site entrance to include new site boundaries with all associated site
development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
