With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for the renovation of an existing dwelling including a new roof structure with raised
ridge level to accommodate an upper floor, dormer windows, roof lights, single storey extension to
the rear, elevational amendments, widening of the existing vehicular entrance, landscaping and all
associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
