With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… planning permission to construct 2 No. poultry houses together with all ancillary structures (to
include meal storage bin(s) and soiled water tank(s)) and site works associated. This application
relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of
the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact
Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) will be submitted with this planning application.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 24/04/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
