With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for a change of house type and amendments to previously approved planning
permission Ref: 19/39 (and extension of duration application Ref: 24/9012), together with the
following: - Relocation of proposed Dwelling on site. - Provision of an attached domestic garage in
substitution of previously approved detached domestic garage. - Repositioning of Wastewater
Treatment System and percolation area. - All associated ancillary siteworks in relation to the above.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
