existing dry/loose livestock handling shed to a slatted livestock
shed with underground slurry storage tank, provision of R.C. walls
to part of the shed and replacement of the existing roof with a new

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1.
The proposed development is considered insufficient in terms of the environmental
information provided. In this regard, the applicant is requested to:
a) Submit an up to date Nutrient Management Plan (farmer full), prepared in accordance
with the European Union (Good Agricultural Practice for Protection of Waters)
Regulations, 2025. This plan shall demonstrate how the holding complies with the
statutory limits for Nitrogen loading (kg N/ha/year), having regard to the existing and
proposed stocking rates.
b) Submit a copy of the Nitrogen & Phosphorus statements from DAFM for the holding
for 2025.
