Monaghan ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1. Following a site inspection, the Planning Authority notes that the submitted 'existing' elevational drawings do not accurately reflect the elevations of the existing building as it appears on the ground, particularly in respect of the building's northern elevation. It is also unclear if the applicant seeks to retain this existing northern elevation, or if it is intended to change same in accordance with the submitted 'proposed' plans, and as previously permitted under related Exempted Development application 25/56. The applicant is therefore requested to provide clarification with regard to same and/or submit mitigating drawings/documentation. 2. The Planning Authority notes that new signage has been erected on the building's western elevation with the wording 'Sustainable Energy Hub' however, no signage details have been submitted with the application. The applicant is requested to provide clarification with regard to same and/or submit mitigating drawings/documentation. Note: Subject to clarification provided with regard to items 1 and 2 above, the proposal may need to be readvertised and new site notice(s) erected to ensure that the proposal is in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and so that all elements of the development are accurately reflected.
