I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for permission for the development will consist of the
construction of 1 No. Two storey dwelling, 1 No. detached single storey domestic garage, provision of a
new effluent treatment system with associated percolation area, formation of a new access onto an
existing private laneway, improvement of the existing site entrance onto the public road, together with
all associated site development works. The application includes the provision of a mobile home to be
used as living accommodation on a temporary basis at Ballymacforban Monaghan Co. Monaghan was
received on 29/04/2026.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
