With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of the
proposed development.
… permission for the development will consist of the construction of 1 No. Two storey dwelling, 1 No.
detached single storey domestic garage, provision of a new eAluent treatment system with associated
percolation area, formation of a new access onto an existing private laneway, improvement of the existing site
entrance onto the public road, together with all associated site development works. The application includes
the provision of a mobile home to be used as living accommodation on a temporary basis.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority within the
period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This application was
received on 29/04/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
