With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.

storey semi-detached dwelling, new porch, alterations to existing elevations and layout, demolish
existing single storey garage to side and extension to rear of existing dwelling, construct new single
