SITE NOTICE
Paul Gildernew is applying for planning permission for 2 separate
parcels of land at Tullycoora, Co Monaghan. The developments will
consist of new access off the public road, a two storey type dwelling
house and detached garage with new site entrance and
proprietary waste water treatment system along with other
associated ancillary site works on each of the sites.
The planning application may be inspected / purchased at a fee not
exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of
Monaghan County Council Planning Offices, No 1 Dublin Street,
Monaghan during public opening hours. A submission or
observation in relation to the application may be made in writing
to the Planning Authority on payment of €20 within the period of
5 weeks beginning on the date of the receipt by the Planning
Authority of the application. Any such submissions or observations
will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision
on the application. The Planning Authority may grant permission
subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant.
