25/60353 - permission for these works consisting of: 1. Construction of a single storey
bungalow type dwelling house, proprietary waste water treatment system and polishing filter,
construct new entrance onto existing laneway and all other associated site development
works at Moy Etra Td. Castleshane Co. Monaghan.

25/60353, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please submit revised press/site notice by 29/05/2026 thank you.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
