Please find herewith the relevant drawings and documents in support of an application for our clients to construct a dormer style dwelling house
and single storey domestic garage as above.
It should be noted that we have had a meeting on site with the Roads Engineer and planner Liam Ward and agreed in principle the entrance
layout to the neighbouring dwelling at the existing lane way entrance. A detailed drawing is with this application.
