With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
... permission for development on 2 separate parcels of land. The developments will consist of new
access off the public road, a two -storey type dwelling house & detached garage with new sire
entrance and proprietary waste water treatment system along with other associated ancillary site
works on each site.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
