REVISED PLANS

The development will consist of the construction a new residential
development comprising 9no. age friendly single storey dwellinghouses that includes a terrace of 7no. dwelling houses - (5no. 2 bedroomed houses and 2no. 3 bedroomed houses) and 2no. 2 bedroomed semi-detached houses
and all ancillary and associated site development works including site
clearance works, new vehicular and pedestrian access off the N53 Dundalk Road, car parking spaces, communal open space area, hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatment works. The significant further
information/revised plans comprises a reduction in the number of dweilinghouses to 7 no. age friendly single storey 2 bedroomed terraced dwellinghouses, revised site layout and changes to the ancillary and
associated site development works.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans have been furnished to Monaghan County Council in respect of this proposed development, and are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised
plans may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euro, except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission or observation.
