via existing entrance and driveway, together with all ancillary site development works
at Corceeghagh, Shercock P.O, Co. Monaghan.

Dear Sir / Madam,
With reference to the above planning application and your letter dated 22nd August 2025
requesting further information the following is a detailed response to each of the matters raised
there-in:
1. Please find attached Drawing No. 01A - Dwelling - Ground Floor Plan; Front & Rear Elevations
& Drawing No. 02A - Dwelling – Section A-A; Side Elevations which details the proposed
external finish changed from Cedar Cladding to a Smooth Plaster Finish in accordance with
Policy RSPD1 and Table 15.3 of the County Development Plan 2025 -2031.
2. It is confirmed that all works as required under Condition No. 3 of Planning Permission 18/474
have been with in full. Please see below photographs of the entrance to the property which
clarifies the position accordingly.
