Please find enclosed the response to the Request for Further Information issued by Monaghan County
Council in relation to the above planning application.
The proposed development relates to the erection of one 850 kW wind turbine, with a hub height of 65 m,
rotor diameter of 52 m and overall tip height of 91 m, together with associated civil, electrical and site
works within the lands of Connolly Meats Limited.
The enclosed response addresses each item raised by the Planning Authority under Planning Ref.
25/60469.
For clarity, the submitted Further Information response does not propose any material change to the
nature, scale or extent of the proposed development as originally submitted. The proposal remains for
one 850 kW Vestas V52 wind turbine, with a hub height of 65 m, rotor diameter of 52 m and overall tip
height of 91 m, together with associated civil, electrical and site works.
