Re: Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
25/60469 - permission to erect a 850 kW wind turbine located in the northern area of our
existing plant, with a hub height of 65 metres and a blade radius of 26 metres, together with
underground ducting connecting to the existing ESB substation and all associated site works. A
Natura Impact Assessment (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority in connection
with the application described above at Dundrumman Scotstown Co. Monaghan.

With reference to the additional information received on 26/05/2026, in relation to planning application
25/60469, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please submit revised press/site notice by 12th July 2026.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
