SITE NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION/REVISED
PLANS
We, David & Joanne Butler, wish to submit to the aforementioned planning
authority Further Information/Revised Plans in relation to P ermission for
development at this site: 37 Rockdaniel Road, Cloghvalley Upper,
Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. The development will consist of: Removal of
existing roof, first floor and rear extensions, new roof, widening of existing site
entrance and driveway, internal and external additions and alterations, and all
associated site works. Reference Number: 26/60017.
Significant Further Information/Revised Plans have been furnished to
Monaghan County Council in respect of this proposed development and are
available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable
cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning
Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in
writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both
the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority . A submission
or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of €20.00, except
in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission or
observation.
