With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for a development which consists of 1. Retention of a partially constructed single
storey extension to the rear of existing single storey dwelling house and 2. Permission to complete
the works to the extension together with all ancillary site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
