Mitchell Environmental have been requested by Magheracloone G.A.A to carry out the
installation of a new Waste water Treatment Plant and Polishing filter at the above site. All
calculations are based on the site assessment report by Traynor Environmental.
Mitchell Environmental completed the following:
- Installation of new Waste water Treatment Plant
- Installation of new Soil Polishing Filter
- Oversight of works

Installation of new Waste water Treatment Plant:
- 16 P.E Kingspan Klargester Waste-water treatment plant and pumping station.
- EN 12566-3 & S.R.66 Certification.
- Fully commissioned.
Installation of new Polishing Filter:
- Excavated pad to an area of 110m2.
- Installation of 300mm of washed pea gravel.
- Installation of the pressurised pipe network.
- Covered pipe work with 100mm of pea gravel.
- Covered area with geotextile membrane.
- Back-filled with suitable soil, sloped and graded accordingly.
Aggregates used
- 60 tonnes of 15-25mm washed pea gravel.
Plant Hire
- Supplied by other.
Oversight
- Labour & Oversight of all works.
- Daily correspondence with the client.
- Installation completed as per the EPA code of practice, 2009.

Mitchell Environmental include a 1-year maintenance contract on all STP & Percolation
installations.
