With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
... permission to construct a new two storey dwelling & detached domestic garage, install new
mechanical effluent treatment system with following mounded / raised percolation area , construct
new domestic entrance together with all ancillary site works . This application will supersede
planning application P21/484 currently granted on this site.
