With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for alterations to two storey dwellinghouse from that previously granted under Planning
Reference number 23/60052 (currently under construction).The alterations include increased floor
area to ground and first floors with associated elevational changes and site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 27/05/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
