extend same to form 2 No. two storey semi-detached units comprising: 1)
Renovation to existing dwellinghouse to form a 4 bedroom two storey
dwellinghouse. 2) Extension to separated section to form a new 3 bedroom two
storey dwellinghouse and all associated site development works
