25/60416 Permission and permission for retention consisting of the following: A change of use
of 1 bay of existing machinery shed to proposed waste processing building, erect new Bio
Filter Structure to side of building, new structure over existing wastewater tanks concrete
apron and all ancillary works. To retain existing storage shed and underground tanks and office
buildings and all associated site development works. A waste facility permit and/or certificate
of Registration application will be applied for separately to Monaghan County Council at
Mullanarry, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.

I refer to your request for an extension of time on received on 29/05/2026 and wish to advise you that
Monaghan County Council has consented to an extension of time on the above application until the
16th September 2026.
