after 33.0m and a reduced sight splay of 90.0m in this direction has been accepted by the local
area office in Clones.

- 4No. revised planning drawings. A pronounced step has been introduced at a distance of 9.0m
from the front elevation to form a gable. Roof pitch has been reduced in order to reduce the
overall height to 9.0m. Roof chimney has been removed.
