Associated surface water shall be disposed of within the site and shall not be allowed to discharge onto the public road or adjoining properties. Construction works on -site shall be limited to the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday; with no works on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Reason: In the interest of residential amenity. 91 The developer shall ensure that all works are carried out in a manner that does not damage adjoining properties and that all boundary treatments are made good following completion of works.
