26/60011 - permission for the development consists of the alteration, extension and
refurbishment of existing single-storey storage units, the construction of a new single- storey
yard store, the installation of new timber panel fence to the northwest boundary, upgrade
surface finishes to the yard area and designated car parking spaces, the installation of a new
silt tank, oil water separator tank & stormwater infiltration system together with all associated
and ancillary site works at Derrynaloobinagh Meeting House Lane Ballybay, Co. Monaghan.

With reference to the additional information received on 08/06/2026, in relation to planning application
26/60011, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please submit new revised press/site notice by 26th July 2026.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
