Authority that this application is declined:
1. Having reviewed the further information and the location on Landdirect it shows the lands
on either side of the proposed entrance are not in the ownership of the applicant and no
third-party legal agreements have been provided to allow for the maintenance, removing,
and or, setting back of any obstructions impeding on the visibility splays.
